Training

All coaches are Chinese, and there will be Chinese sparring for all. Anyone who wants to can participate in camp. It will be sparring for all regardless of level.

Overall, it will be11 practice sessions per week. It is advisable that you are in good physical shape.

Organization

Monday to Saturday:

7:00 to 8:00 Breakfast buffet (including water, tea, coffee and juice)
8:30 to 11:00 Training Pass no. 1
11:30 to 12:30 lunch buffet (various Chinese dishes incl. Water, tea, coffee and juice)
14.30 to 17.00 Training Pass no.2
17.00 to 18.00 dinner buffet (various Chinese dishes incl. Water, tea, coffee and juice)

Soda can be purchased at the at the school shop.

Saturday: only 1 practice sessions.

Sunday: off training. The day used for excursions.
